The right gift can make all the difference. In personal relationships as well as the corporate world. Gifts don’t need to be expensive but they do need to be thoughtful, personal and useful ideally.
To put together a well thought-out corporate gift, think of the occasion, who you’re targeting and what the goal is. If it’s a welcome pack for all new employees at the company, think of what the new joiner is likely to need. Perhaps a little ‘survival kit’ – a unique gift box with a mug/ sipper for a drink, a notebook and pen with USB containing information he/she might need to get through the first few weeks on the job. Depending on the nature of the company, the message and overall look and feel could range from funky to inspiring.
Likewise, if there’s a health or wellness initiative that the company is supporting, maybe a running kit with a tshirt and water bottle would do the trick. Whatever the gift, make sure it ties in with the overall look, feel and objective of the campaign. And find the most interesting and creative way to reach that goal.
